Description
This 105 yr old beauty had the bathroom fully modernised providing our family with a practical, beautiful space. An exterior paint uplifted the appearance of the house and protected the kauri weatherboards for years to come. Remedial work went into replacing some weatherboards, the front verandah decking was replaced with Kwila and extra stairs added to create better flow.
